Suspension periods can be applied for, due to professionally required absence from your place of residence, illness, or pregnancy. To be able to accommodate you with a suspension period, we require appropriate proof stating the reason and expected duration. Please note that suspension periods are a goodwill arrangement by Holmes Place, and there is no legal entitlement to them. Accordingly, no general suspension period entitlements are set out in our Terms & Conditions either.
- Professional (proof from employer or client. Flight or train tickets alone cannot be accepted)
- Illness (current medical certificate)
- Pregnancy (copy of the relevant pages of the maternity record showing your name and expected due date, alternatively a medical certificate)
