If you would like to shorten or extend your membership suspension, please use our Membership Freeze Request, which you can find here. Please note that extensions are only available in full-month increments, require supporting documentation, and will result in a corresponding adjustment to your contract term or extension period. Requests to extend a membership freeze must be submitted by the 25th of the month to be effective from the following month. The total duration of membership freezes is limited to a maximum of 6 months per year.
