Yes. If you become medically incapacitated to use the gym on a permanent basis, you may request an exceptional early termination of your membership by providing the necessary official medical documentation to the club.
A 3-calendar-month notice period applies in all cases.
If the termination takes place before month 12, the Flexi membership rate will apply for the duration of your membership up to the termination date, and the resulting difference will be charged.
If the termination takes place between months 12 and 24, the 12-month membership rate will apply for the duration of your membership up to the termination date, and the resulting difference will be charged.
