A 3-calendar-month notice period applies to membership cancellations and early terminations.
For memberships with a 24-month contract, the 3-calendar-month notice period applies when cancelling after the initial 12-month binding period, as well as in cases of exceptional early termination, such as permanent relocation or permanent medical incapacity.
The notice period applies in all cases, including exceptional termination.
