For a 24-month membership, early cancellation is possible after the initial 12-month binding period, subject to a 3-calendar-month notice period.
If you cancel after the initial 12-month binding period, the membership fees will be recalculated based on the applicable 12-month membership rate for your chosen membership category. You will be required to pay the difference between the subscription fees already paid and the applicable 12-month membership rate for the period from the start of your membership until the termination date.
In exceptional circumstances, early termination may also be possible before the end of the 12-month binding period, provided you submit the required official documentation to the club. Exceptional circumstances include:
- Permanently leaving the country, or
- Permanent medical incapacity to use the gym.
In these cases:
If the exceptional termination occurs before month 12, the Flexi membership rate will apply for the period from the start of your membership until the termination date. The resulting difference will be charged accordingly.
If the exceptional termination occurs between months 12 and 24, the 12-month membership rate will apply for the period from the start of your membership until the termination date.
A 3-calendar-month notice period applies in all cases, including exceptional termination.
